Elementary Level

A survey of the  activities offered in the various countries for this age group reveal an amazing variety , but it is possible to identify some common element , these are the following : 1). basic movement ivolving walking, running , jumping hopping , kicking skipping , ,pulling , ...
2). games  of low organization  and relays
3). Rhythmical activities, folk , dances, singing, and musical games .
4) foundamentals, of skill for various sport and games, usually starting about the fourth or fifth year of scholl
